Gay Shannon “Shane” Lee, 55, Tuscumbia, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Visitation will be Friday, May 30, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Anthony Laster officiating. Interment will be in Barton Cemetery, Cherokee.
Shane lived in Demopolis until he joined the Army in 1990. After the Army, he made Tuscumbia his home, where he served in the National Guard until 2001. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gay Webster Lee and Patty Ann Miles.
Shane is survived by his wife, Donna Inman-Lee; daughter, Crystal Wallace (JT); son, Jesse Lee; granddaughters, Ana and Sailor Wallace; sister, Cassandra Cantrell (Jon); nephews, Hunter and Tyler Holt; and his beloved dog, Luna.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Holt, Tyler Holt, Jonathan Cantrell, Xavier Haley, Michael Jobe, Austin Gustin, Jesse Lee, and Ethan Tucker.
The family would like to thank Dr. Jonathan Parker, Dr. Lango, and his heart failure team at UAB.
