Barbara Jean Davis, 74, of Florence, passed away May 17, 2025, at North Alabama Medical Center. She held many different jobs over the years, including union operator at Colbert Steam Plant and was of the Church of Christ faith. Survivors include: Brothers: J.C. Davis(Pat), Ronnie Davis, Donnie Davis Sister: Shirley Davis Allen Sisters-in-law: Jean Burbank Seymore, Bonnie Davis, Sharon Davis Preceded in death by: Parents: John Benjamin Davis & Alaska Elaine Stutts Davis Brothers: John Leanard Davis, Edward “Shorty” Davis, James “Ponice” Davis, Billy Joe Davis Sisters: Betty Davis Stutts, Judy Davis Springer Visitation will be on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 11:00am – 1:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow, at 1:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Miles Stutts officiating. Burial will be at Center Hill Cemetery.
