HARTSELLE-On May 13, 2025 Sheriff Office Investigators, assisted by our Fugitive Unit, executed a search warrant at an Apartment on Mitwede St in Hartselle in connection to a suspect wanted for Rape involving a victim under the age of 15.
At the residence, Investigators located and arrested Benjamin Preston Bolan, 27 of Hartselle, charged with:

3 counts of Rape, 2nd Degree with additional charges possible.
He was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail. Bond $300,000.00
