Louise Jones Conville of Huntsville passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at her home, at the age of 91. She was born on January 7, 1934, in Childersburg, AL to the late Ottice and Rachel Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, James T. Conville; her son-in-law, Blake Limbaugh; and her five siblings. She is survived by her two children, Rita Limbaugh of Huntsville and Gary Conville (Brenda) of Huntsville; grandchildren Matt (Lindsay) Limbaugh, Lori (Dale) Pickett, and April (David Cox); great-grandchildren, Brady and Grayson Limbaugh, Aidan and Walt Pickett, and Evelyn and Charlotte Cox; and numerous much-loved nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Hillwood Baptist Church for approximately 25 years. Until recently she was active in the YTT Senior Choir and her Sunday school class. She previously volunteered in Hillwood’s Homebound Ministries and assisted in transporting other seniors to church and to appointments. More than anything, Lousie loved God and her family. After the loss of her husband and many of her family and friends, she longed to join them in Heaven, but knew God still had plans for her on Earth. There is no doubt that she is rejoicing in Heaven today.
Visitation will be at Hillwood Baptist Church in Huntsville on Friday, May 16th from 9 to 10 a.m. with the service to follow. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Marble City Cemetery in Sylacauga.
