James Milton "Jim" Chandler James M. “Jim” Chandler, age 67 of Fort Payne, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025. He was born September 4, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio to James Milton, Sr. and Lois Thomason Chandler. He was owner of Chandler Construction and Chandler Bail Bonding.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Adamsburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Toni Eason Chandler; daughters, Katie Griffin (Jared) and Megan Henderson (Jonathan); grandchildren, Lily Kate, Chandler, and Jeremiah Griffin, Blake, Jon Sawyer, and Julia Henderson; sisters, Vicki Wagner (Kim) and Debbie Jacob-Johnston; sisters-in-law, Kathy Johnson (Brian) and Jennifer Eason; mother and father-in-law Chris and Gerald Watson; and a host of nieces and nephews. Family, not by blood, but by choice: Carol Wilborn, Kristen Wilborn (Bubba Brownfield), Ethan Wilborn (Terri Ann), Randa Brandon (Josh), and Memphis, Hudson, Ledger, and Harper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lois Chandler; brother-in-law Mark Eason; and father-in-law, Leonard Eason.
