Hazel Irene Wallace White, 96, of Tuscumbia, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 7, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Ed White and Sidney White officiating. Interment will be at Shoals Memorial Gardens.
Hazel was a native of Arkansas and was a member of Valdosta Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L. White; parents, R.O. and Samantha Wallace; sisters, Pauline Emmanuel and Gladys Wallace; and brothers, Walter, R.O., Forrest, Horace, and Sidney Wallace.
Hazel is survived by her stepchildren, Ed White (Fay), Helen Wade (David), and Sidney White (Ann); 9 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
