David Frankie O’Kelley, age 47, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Russellville Hospital.
He loved to garden and to go fishing. He loved his wife and son dearly and always enjoyed doing things with them and spending time with them.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of almost 29 years, Michelle Carpenter O’Kelley; son, Frankie O’Kelley; special cousins, Patsy Slatton (Randy), Crystil O’Kelley; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his special four-legged friend, Riley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frankie M.C. O’Kelley and Brenda Gail McGee O’Kelley; and brother, Brandon O’Kelley.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Spry Memorial Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. James McCullar officiating the service.
