Doris Louise Fuller, age 78, of Spruce Pine, passed away on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, at UAB Hospital.
Doris loved her family, loved cooking and watching cooking shows. She especially enjoyed a show about a monkey family which she followed on a daily basis.
She leaves to cherish her husband of 61 years, Thomas Fuller; son, Darrel Fuller; son-in-law, Bryan Fuller; grandchildren, Cody Fuller, Mikaila Ergle, Hunter Fuller (Cassidy); Sarah Beth Fuller; great-grandchildren, Haigen Fuller, Collin Fuller, Auburn Fuller, Easton Ergle, Zander Ergle; brother, Harlon McKinney (Jane); niece, Kim Franks; nephews, Doyle Taylor Jr., and Zack McKinney.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Angel Dawn Fuller; and parents, Louis & Bernice (Smith) McKinney.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Chris Green officiating the service. The burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery. The pallbearers will be the grandsons.
