Gwynell Tyler Richardson, age 85, of Gadsden, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Born on June 24th, 1939, Gwynell lived a life marked by quiet dedication to her family and appreciation of nature.
Gwynell is survived by her husband Charles R. Richardson, her daughter Julie McMeekin; grandchildren Chris Christian and Wendi (Sean) Busenlener; brother David (Debra) Tyler; and her 3 great-grandsons, Sam Christian, Patrick and Christian Busenlener. And a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Reuben and Viola Tyler. Sisters Elizabeth Wood, Delores Hollis and Hayd Tyler.
A lover of plants and flowers, Gwynell found peace in tending those.
A private service was held February 9th at Collier Butler Funeral Home in accordance with her wishes. She will be sorely missed.
