Jimmy O’Neal Burcham, 78, of Tuscumbia, Ala., passed away on May 1, 2013. Visitation will be Saturday, May 4, 2013, from noon-2 p.m. with the service to follow in the Chapel at Colbert Memorial Chapel of the Shoals. He retired from Reynolds Metals after 30 plus years of loyal service. He was the owner and operator of Storage World for 15 years and a member of Leighton Masonic Lodge No. 43 and a Shriner.
He is survived by his wife of 58 wonderful years, Mary Burcham, of Tuscumbia, Ala.; son, Jimmy O’Neal Burcham II (Denise), of Savannah, Tenn.; daughters, Donna Sego (James), of Florence, Ala., Pam Pratt (Dan), of Canton, Mich.; Regina Dowdell (David), of Statesboro, Ga.; Melinda Burcham, of Tuscumbia, Ala.; grandchildren, Brad Burcham (Kristen), Charlotte Burcham, Chris Burcham, Jamie Sego, Wesley Sego (Kathleen), Matt Sego, Luke Sego, Jason Sego, Elias Pratt, Mary Elizabeth Dowdell, Chelsea Dowdell, Anna Dowdell, Lillian Dowdell; great-grandchildren, Blaine Burcham, Bryce Burcham; and brothers, Jack Burcham, Roy Burcham (Ruth) and Tommy Burcham (Faye).
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
