Sheila Faye Riegel, 70 of Athens, passed away on Wednesday, December 27th, 2023, at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Riegel was born on July 10th, 1953, in Detroit, Michigan.
Mrs. Riegel is survived by her husband Duane Riegel; children Stephen D. Riegel, Rhonda Ostrovsky (Aleksey), and Kyle Riegel; 1 grandchild; brothers Doug Stephens and Ronnie Stephens (Carol); sisters Patsy Mims (Larry) and Darnell Kilpatrick.
She is preceded in death by her parents Claude and Olive Stephens; brothers Harold Robertson and Allen Stephens (Dorothy); and sisters Sherry Robertson and Ellen Stephens.
Funeral services for Mrs. Riegel will be Sunday, December 31st, 2023, at 2:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00-1:45pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.
