Ann M. Guffey, 73, of Sylvania, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at her home. She was born January 7, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Charles Walter McDade and Frances McKinney McDade. She was a retired police officer.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Union Hill Cemetery with Tim Hicks officiating.
She is survived by her husband Alfred Glenn Guffey; children Rebecca Brumbelow (Marshall), Jennifer Castro (Jose), Jason Guffey (Christine), Cheryl Tate (Matt), Patricia Farmer, and Mary Subias; grandchildren: Timothy, Fern, Haley, Amelia, Lily, Sean, Ava, Aiden, Kory, Austin, Kenzie, Jocelyn, Clay, and Hayden; and soon-to-arrive great-grandson Ezra “Bump”.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
