Peggy Ann Salter, age 74 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away August 23, 2023. She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Ronnie Hodge officiating. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery.
Ms. Salter is survived by her children, Melissa Harris (Greg) and Chris Salter (Kathy); brother, Ray Richie; grandchildren, Alisha Harris (Jesse Comeens), Shaun Harris (Katie), Amanda Salter (Trevor Jordan) and Brittney Salter; and great grandchildren, Sage Comeen (Georgia Gulley), Jase Comeens, Anastazya Wisniewski, Austyn Overton and Ayrianna Salter; and special caregiver, Julie Ables.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Truby Richie; and brother, Jerry Richie.
