Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the Fellowship of Faith Church (3703 Memorial Parkway NW Huntsville, AL 35810) with Pastor Troy Garner officiating and Reverend Pierre Harvey as eulogist. Miss Fowlkes will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, July 28, 2023, and 8:30 until 9:00 a.m., July 29, 2023, at the Royal Funeral Home.
