Larry Graham departed this life to meet his Savior and reunite with family on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from Riverbirch Assisted Living Center in Plantersville. He was 68. Larry was born on August 2, 1954 in the Flatwoods Community between Blue Mountain and Ripley to the late Carl Graham and Fairy Ratliff Graham. He graduated from Blue Mountain High School. Larry was plagued with mental issues that left him disabled for life in his late teens. He lived a happy, spirit filled resolute life that included much love for his parents, siblings and their families. Smart, inquisitive and possessed with a fabulous memory, Larry was a beloved son, brother and uncle to his siblings. He grew up in the Palestine MB Church east of Cotton Plant and enjoyed fishing early in life. Larry was lovingly cared for since 2008 and the family expresses appreciation to Phyllis Warren and staff for their splendid care.
Private family services will be announced in the future by Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo, which is honored to be serving the family.
Larry is survived by his siblings, Perry (Mary Ann) Graham, Harry (Hester) Graham, Jasper “Jed” Graham, Sarah Smith, Peggy Graham, and Katherine Graham; and a host of nieces and nephews and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his siblings, John, Jerry, Alonzo, Anderson, Betty and Mary.
