Funeral service for Jesse Wylie Reaves, 84, will be Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tom Campbell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Reaves died on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born May 8, 1939, in Randolph County, to John Thomas Reaves and Lula Mae Wright Reaves.
He was employed by Champion International Paper, prior to his retirement. Mr. Reaves was a man of many accomplishments, wonderful husband, loving father and grandfather, brother and friend.
Preceding him in death were his parents a brother: Melvin T. Reaves and a sister: Bessie R. Graham.
