TUSCUMBIA— Get ready to immerse yourself in African culture at the highly anticipated 22nd Annual African Heritage Festival, proudly hosted by the North Alabama African Heritage Association. This extraordinary two-day event will take place on June 2nd and 3rd at Tuscumbia’s Willie Green Recreation Center, promising an unforgettable experience for the entire family.

The festivities kick off on Friday at 4 pm, and Saturday’s festivities begin at 10 am, ensuring a full day of excitement, entertainment, and cultural exploration.

Prepare to be enchanted by beautiful music, including gospel, reggae, R&B, and blues, filling the air with captivating melodies. Indulge in African and jerk cuisine from our unique food vendors and entice your taste buds with a fusion of flavors and spices. While the adults enjoy the music and cuisine, the children will have a blast with a wide array of exciting games and activities.

Witness a magnificent parade of African fashions, where the beauty and diversity of native dress will be showcased in all its glory.
