Dennie Leon Latham, age 68 of Boaz passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2023 leaving behind his wife; Susan Latham, daughter; Melissa Latham Pendergrass (Tim), granddaughters; Kelly Cunningham (Joe) and Laura Pendergrass (R. J.), brothers and sisters; Donna Latham Dobbs, Bobby Latham, Donnie Latham, Nila Latham, Betty Latham, Martha Latham Young, Carolyn Latham Combs and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parent; Jessie Lee Latham and Ollie Avo Handcock Latham.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2023 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Douglas Cemetery. Rev. Chris Watkins will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Wayne Cagle, Tommy Dale, Joey Childress, Raoul Hernandez, Chuck Jordan and Shane Bowers. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 before the service.
