Ruble Mills, 71, died Sunday, March 17, 2013. Visitation will be noon-3 p.m. Wednesday at Shottsville Methodist Church. Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in Shottsville Cemetery. He was retired from the military after 38 years. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, is directing.
