Frances Carline Smith Martin, 93, died Sunday, March 17, 2013. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood. Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood. She was the mother of Charles Richard Martin and James Ross Martin Jr.
