Joe Gieske, age 76, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired owner and operator of Hendrix Vending Co., and a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Mr. Gieske was a graduate of an Electrical Trade School, past President of both the Rotary Club and Lawrence County United Methodist Laity Club, and was a retired member of the Board of Directors of Lawrenceburg Power System.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Alice Brown Gieske.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, March 18, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 19, 2013, with Josh Newberry officiating. Interment will follow at Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
