Mr. Donald Beavers, 63, of Florence, passed away March 15, 2013, at his home. Visitation will begin at 12 noon Monday March 18, at Greenview Funeral Home followed by the memorial service at 2pm in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Miles Stutts will be officiating.
Mr. Beavers was born in Lauderdale County and was a member of Atlas Church of Christ. He was the founder and owner/operator of Reliable Locksmith for 23 years. Mr. Beavers also served in the Army Reserves.
Preceding him in death were his father, George W. Beavers; a son, Gabriel J. Beavers; and grandparents, John and Lena Thigpen and Houston and Nettie Beavers. He is survived by his mother, Alease Beavers; daughters, Samantha A. Beavers and Adeline (Addie) Beavers; brothers, Gary R. Beavers, Kenny Beavers and Jackie Beavers; sisters, Gwen Lawton, Janice Johnson and Patty Beavers.
