Funeral service for Rayburn D. Brown, 83, will be Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Lebanon Baptist Church with Bro. Rodger Collins and Bro. Randy Ashley officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Herring Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Lebanon Baptist Church.
Mr. Brown passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born April 28, 1939, in Morgan County, to William Harold Brown and Ethel Mae Smith Brown.
He was employed as a machinist for General Electric, prior to his retirement. He was a Deacon for Lebanon Baptist Church and a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Preceding him in death were his wife: Ann Anders Brown and his parents.
