Stacy Marie Ragland Neloms, 32, died Saturday, March 9, 2013. Public viewing will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Muscle Shoals. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Springhill M.B. Church, Florence, with burial in Springhill Church Cemetery, Florence. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services.
