Bobby Joe Schmidt, 60 of Hazel Green, AL passed away on December 13, 2022. He was born April 15, 1962 in Huntsville, AL to Alvie and Rachel Schmidt.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alvie and Rachel Schmidt; his grandson, Dylan Jones; his sister, Janie Schmidt; and his brother, Raymond Oneal Schmidt.
He is survived by his daughter, Monica (Bruce) Jones; his son, Bobby Joe Schmidt, Jr.; his grandchild, Daisha Jones; his great-grandchildren, DaLaiyah and Alondra Badillo; his brother, Jerry (Marlene) Schmidt; and his sisters, Jenny (Brian) Scott, Linda Gregory, Sheila (Michael) Childers, Carol (Donnie) Finch, and Cathy Posey.
Services will be held at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL on December 16, 2022. Visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M. followed by the funeral service at 7 P.M..
