Funeral Service for J. L. Hopper, age 90, of Eva, will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Gum Pond Primitive Baptist Church with Daniel Hopper officiating; burial at Gum Pond Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Hopper passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at his residence. He was born January 6, 1932, to Lama Eloy and Izella Hopper.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Hopper; parents; sisters, Pauline Cobbs, Christine Leeth, and Alta Mae Self; and brothers, Marvin Hopper and Willard Hopper.
Survivors include his daughter, Judy (Randy) Caudle; son, Daniel (Donna) Hopper; grandson, Buckley (Beth) Hopper and Ashley (Brittney) Hopper; great-grandchildren, Brayden Hopper, Kelsie Hopper, Brandon Hopper, and Brynne Hopper; sisters, Wilda Ellenburg and Patsy Walden; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
