Coy Buchanan, age 78 of Guntersville passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Huntsville Hospital.
There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 at Pleasant Hill #2 Cemetery in the Sims community. Rev. Chris Reeves, Rev. John Burns and Rev. Gene Lambert will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be the Deacons of Pleasant Hill #2 Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5 until 7 at the funeral home.
Mr. Buchanan is survived by his wife; Earline Buchanan, sons; Donnie Buchanan (JoAnn) and Keith Buchanan (Kristen), grandchildren; Kari Anne Burns (John), Ryan Buchanan, Lauren Buchanan and Patrick Buchanan, great-granddaughter; Nola Jae Burns and sister; Kathy O’Neal (Mike).
He is preceded in death by his parents; Grady and Madge Buchanan.
