Kenneth "Kenny" Wayne StanfieldKenneth “Kenny” Wayne Stanfield, age 68, a resident of Duck River, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday evening, March 23, 2022, at his residence.

 

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM with a memorial service beginning at 7:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

 

A native of Maury County, Kenny was born on July 3, 1953, and was the son of the late Oscar Stanfill and the late Bessie Seaton Stanfill. He was a graduate of Santa Fe School and worked many years for Custom Steel Fabrications in Columbia. A jack of all trades, he could fix anything and enjoyed working on cars and doing construction work. Kenny loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, kayaking, riding motorcycles, and horseback riding. He had an uncanny way of putting people in their place, but he was kind and caring, and helped many people with their journeys to sobriety. Kenny had a special love for his beloved dogs, Bobo and Shorty.

 

He is survived by his brother, Bear Stanfill of Duck River, sister, Gloria Stanfill of Duck River, niece, Whitney Cox, nephew, Brian Cox, special cousin, Stacy (Wayne) Jones, special friends, Angie Emerson, Chris McCormack, Mike Glasco, Johnny Kirk, Tony Love, and several great nieces and great nephews.
