Rebecca “Becky” Massey, 63, passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Iuka, MS and was a homemaker. Becky was a member of Asphalt Rock Baptist Church.
Services will be Thursday, March 17, 2 p.m. at Forest Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Tishomingo, MS with Bro. Randy Harrell officiating. Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband – Larry Massey; two daughters – Tracy Daniel and Jessica Massey; one son – Brandon Massey; five grandchildren – Zach, Allison, Kenzie, Carson and Avery; three great-grandchildren – Izaiah, Ellie and Kaliah and one brother – Joe Cornelius (Shane).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcie Lee and Lucille James Cornelius; three brothers, M.L. Cornelius, Ronnie Cornelius and Jimmy Cornelius and one sister, Annette Elliott.
Pallbearers will be Zach Daniel, Carson Massey, Brent Childs, Billy “Rawhead” Rogers, Austin Robinson, James Twitty and Randy Turner. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Massey and Bob Massey.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 16, 5-8 p.m. at Forest Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
