Funeral service for Thomas Andrew (Bud) Hill, 104, will be Sunday, March 6, 2022 at 12:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Clifford Tomlinson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Hill died on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born on November 27, 1917, in Winston County, to John Hill and Rosie Berry Hill.
Bud was a lifelong member of Cedar Creek Freewill Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon for many years. He was a Veteran and served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. He was Past Master of Falkville Masonic Lodge #396. He also was employed as a mechanic by Peek Olds-Cadillac in Decatur, prior to his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marry Sellers Hill, his parents, a son,Thomas Jr. Hill, and a grandson,Timothy Wayne Hill.
