A celebration of life for Guy Tucker, 80, of Tishomingo, MS is set for 2:00 PM Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Tate Baptist Church with interment in Farmington Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Mickey Trammel and Scott Tucker will Officiate the service. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Magnolia Funeral Home – EAST and from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Tate Baptist Church. Born November 28, 1941, in Mark Tree, AK to Leon and Marvine Dubose Tucker, Guy passed away February 1, 2022 at his home in Tishomingo. He retired as a computer programmer and was a member of Tate Baptist Church. Those left to honor his memory include his wife of 58 years, Janet Horton Tucker; sons, Scott Tucker (Christie), and Steve Tucker (Vanillife); daughter, Stacy Floyd (Tommy); grandchildren, Marlon Floyd (Kylie), Cassie Floyd, Mary Anna Tucker, Matthew Tucker, Mitchell Tucker, Marlee Tucker, Milee Tucker; great grandchild, John Bennett Floyd; brothers, Charles Tucker (Jo Ann), James Tucker (Kathy), Ray Tucker (Susan); sister, Linda Jo Dixon; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Marvine Tucker, and his sister Janola Howard. Pallbearers include Marlon Floyd, Matthew Tucker, Mitchell Tucker, and Albert Strickland.
