Donna Lynn Bronstetter Barnes, age 58 of Decherd, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. She was born in Ft. Worth, Texas on September 19, 1963 to the late William Eli and Patsy Ann (Coffelt) Bronstetter. Donna enjoyed listening to music, taking rides, and reminiscing about her youth. But most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family and taking her grandchildren to swim at Granny’s swimming hole. Donna was a Christian woman and loved sharing with others her love of Jesus Christ. She is survived by her husband, Michael E. Barnes of Decherd; sons, Johnny Dewayne (Felicia) Kerr of Belvidere, and Michael James Kerr of Decherd; brother, William D. Branstetter of Manchester; sister, Wanda Leigh George of Manchester; and grandchildren, Briley Kerr, Aubrey Kerr, Jennifer Kerr, Bella Kerr, and Aliyah Kerr. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 28, 2022 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
