Margaret Louise Reeves, 94, of Athens, passed away on Monday, January 3rd, 2022, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Reeves was born on December 12th, 1927, to Benedict and Lucille Pike.
Mrs. Reeves is survived by her husband Paul Reeves Lt. Colonel U.S. Army ret.; sons Paul Douglas Reeves II (Mabel), Gary J. Reeves, and James M. Reeves; grandchildren Paul D. Reeves III, Matthew Reeves, Megan Kornegay, Summer Freeman, and Sarah Luckie; fourteen great-grandchildren; and sister Janie Kanzler.
Preceded in death by her parents Benedict and Lucille Pike.
Funeral services will be Friday, January 7th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00-1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.
