Funeral service for Leldon C. Smith, 93, will be Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM at The Ark Worship Center with Bro. Brad Roath and Bro. Mark Kelly officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery (Cullman County). Visitation will be Friday, December 10, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Smith died on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at his residence. He was born August 23, 1928, in Morgan County to James Shelton Smith and Mary Ora (Oden) Smith. He was employed by General Motors as a Job Setter and set-up man, prior to his retirement. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and was a member of the Ark Worship Center. He loved camping and bluegrass music and was a former Mason.
Preceding him in death were his parents, siblings: Van Smith, Wilmer Smith, Euless Smith, Theo Smith, Milton Smith, Loil Childers, Louise Jetton and Faye Buchanan and a Great Granddaughter: Fallon Victoria.
