Elizabeth Anne Latham Garrett, age 85 of Lynchburg, TN (formerly of Athens), passed away Wednesday December 8, 2021, at NHC in Lynchburg.
She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Brock (Perry); sister, Marilyn Holder; granddaughter, Elizabeth Thompson; seven great-granchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Garret is preceded in death by her husband, Finis E. Garrett; and her parents, Wade and Ruth Latham. The family will be having a private memorial service.
