Jack Hughes Howell, age 85, of Hanceville, Alabama passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Jack was born June 25, 1936 in Hamilton, Alabama to John Henry and Mintie Hughes Howell. He is a veteran of The United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings: Elanor Mays, Henry Howell, Orville Howell, Bryce Howell, Sue Howell and Barbara Howell. Funeral services will be held on Sunday October 31, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matt Green and Rev. Brian Richardson officiating. Interment will follow services in Garden City Cemetery. Survivors are: Wife: Nancy Ann Easter Howell, Sons: Michael Hughes Howell and wife Karen Howell, Mark Edward Howell and wife Stacey Howell, Grandchildren: Christopher Howell and wife Courtney and children Jack and Rylee Howell, Jacob Howell and wife Beth and children Emily, John, Eli Howell, Haley Harris and husband Justin and children Skylar Harris, Jackson Cleveland, Kaley Gaines, Emily Burns, Dexter Styles and Jacob Burns.
