MUSCLE SHOALS-On the evening of October 28,2021 Colbert County Drug agents along with Colbert County Drug Task Force and Muscle Shoals SWAT team served a search warrant at 1615 Gate Six Road in Muscle Shoals. Agents have been watching the residence for over a year. There were 5 arrests were made from this search warrant.
James Terrell Whiteside AKA Musso was charged with:
trafficking Methamphetamine 29 grams,
unlawful possession of Controlled substance Oxycodone.
Demetrius Montrell Underwood AKA Nutso was charged with:
Trafficking Illegal Drugs (Methamphetamine) 29 grams
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 71 grams
Tampering With Evidence
Willie Henry King Jr. AKA Duke was charged with:
Trafficking Illegal Drugs (Methamphetamine) 29 grams
Unlawful Possession with intent to Distribute (Meth) 26 grams
Cecil Grant Nesmith Jr. was charged with:
Trafficking Illegal Drugs (Methamphetamine) 38 grams
Certain Person Forbid to Carry Firearm x 2
Diana Dawn Alexander was arrested for GJI on a Possession of Controlled Subs.
Seized in the raid was $7038, 2 weapons and Dope (4 ounces of met 71 grams of marijuana). All subjects had a $20000 Bond except Ms. Alexander whose bond was $2500. Mr. Underwood will have revocation charges filed against him in Colbert County and Mr. Nesmith will have Revocation charges filed in Lauderdale County.
