Mr. Jerry W. Frazier age 68, passed away at his residence in Gurley with family at his side. A visitation will be held Monday, October 11, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel. Interment will follow the service at Mount Tabor Cemetery.
He was born to Roy T. and Tempie Burnett Frazier on August 20, 1953 in Somerville, AL.
Jerry loved to hunt, fish, crack joke and laugh. His love of working in the mountains shown through in his enthusiastic attitude and knowledge of plants and trees. He had a green thumb and loved to plant gardens and flowers but most of all, he loved his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Mary Ann Frazier; sister, Dorthy Key, and great granddaughter, Piper LeMaster.
He is survived by two sons, Troy W. Frazier (Pam) of Gurley, Jerry Daniel Fraziero of Somerville; brothers, Rickey Frazier (Vicki) of Ardmore, Steve Frazier (Joy) of Ardmore, Charlie Frazier (Shanda) of Hartselle; Jennett Ledbetter of Somerville, Carol Craige of Moulton, Becky Waddell (Glen) of HArtselle, Dian Lawrence (Bobby Knight) of Danville; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Brother Steve Ledbetter will be officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Echols, Devon Martin, Terry Ledbetter, Guy Fish, Cody Frazier, and Daryl Frazier.
