Edna Marie Dettinger, age 90 of Estill Springs, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021 at Vanderbilt Harton Hospital. She was born May 25, 1931 in Dexter City, OH to the late Ben Medley and Ruth Wickens Medley. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. She met her beloved husband, Robert, when they were in high school. The high school sweethearts were married in 1956. Edna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Dettinger; and one sister. She is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Joe) Porto of Estill Springs and Cindy (Stephan) Bacon of North Canton, OH; beloved grandchildren, Anna-Marie Porto, Joseph Porto, Taylor Bacon and Abigail Bacon.
