Jimmy Dale Ashley age 63, of New Lenox, IL passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at Silver Cross Hospital. He was born on November 19, 1957, in Harvey, IL to the late London Ashley and Bertha Ashley. Jimmy enjoyed bowling and watching the White Sox play baseball. He will be remembered as a hard worker and a lovable and kind person. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Ashley and Carl Ashley and one sister, Kathy Rodriguez. He is survived by his two brothers, Randy (Shirley) Ashley and Johnny Ashley; sister, Evelyn Morris and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 11:00am until 2:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
