It is with heavy hearts we announce the death of Diana Browder Watts of Ft. Payne, AL who passed away September 18, 2021 at UAB of Birmingham at the age of 61. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Ballenger; sisters, Linda Collins and Debora Penberg; step-daughter, Brandy Peek; grandchildren, Cameron Ballenger, Madison and Laurin Peek; and several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Garon & Juanita Browder; sister, Judy McHaney; and brother, Gary Browder.
There will be a Celebration of Life on September 25, 2021 at 2 p.m. at her home at 2316 Alabama Ave. NW, Fort Payne, AL. All friends and family are invited. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of dog or cat food to the Dekalb County Animal Adoption Center in Ft. Payne.
