Barbara Smith Thevenin, 63, of Fort Payne, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons Dewey Smith, Chris Smith and wife Andrea, Jeromy Smith, and Stephen Smith and wife Felina; mother Dorothy Lewis; brother Tommy Lewis; sister Ginger Lewis; grandchildren Nicole, Hannah, Ashley, Laney, Haven, Kenlea, Kylea, Allie, Colton, and Emmarie; and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Ernest Smith and Paul Thevenin and her father Dewey R. Lewis.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
