Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Lockhart, age 78, are scheduled for 3 PM, Friday, September 3, 2021 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery. Mr. Lockhart passed away on Tuesday in Lexington. He was born September 12, 1942 in Carroll County to the late Marrion “Pop” Lockhart and Eular Bradford Lockhart. He was retired from HIS and was a U. S. Navy Veteran. He enjoyed gardening, barbecuing, and being outside. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Lockhart; his brother, Billy Lockhart; and two sisters, Brenda Hillard and Judy Richardson. Survivors include his three daughters, Bobbie Arnold, Deborah Denley, and Brenda Whitehead (Ricky); seven grandchildren, Amber Gibson, Tyler Baskin, Bailey Baskin, Andrew Whitehead, Ali Grace Whitehead, Syndney Denley, and Michael Denley; and five great grandchildren, Sarah, Cullen, and Casey Gibson, Brenleigh and Gracelin Baskin. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 10 AM – 8 PM; Thursday, 10 AM – 8 PM; and on Friday 10 AM – 3 PM.
