Helen Dorothy “Dot” Hill, age 93, passed away August 25, 2021. Dot was born in Tiban, New Mexico. She moved to the Dora, Alabama area after her marriage to Willie Hill. Dot was a member of New Temple Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading any type of book. Dot is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Mable Fry, her husband of 40 years, Willie Hill, infant son Charles Edward Hill and siblings, Benny Fry, Stan Fry and Mary Huston. She is survived by her daughters, Wilma Long (Rodger) and Beth Clifton (Robert), grandchildren, Tracey Fowler (Jeremy), Nancy Crapps (Barry), Lisa Payne (Jimmy) and P.J. Clifton (Lisa), three great-grandsons, three great-granddaughters and one great-great-granddaughter expected in October.
