Bobbie Lee Barber Hayes, age 98 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at her residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Haleyville.
There will be a graveside service Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charles McAfee, Jr., Kenny Ray, John Hayes, Bill Hayes, Mike Hayes and Bill Barber.
Ms. Hayes is survived by her children, Nancy Mary Hayes Marler, William H. Hayes, Jr. and John Michael Hayes; grandchildren, Clifford Wesley Mayhall, John William Hayes and Mary Alice Marler Kratzer; and great grandchild, Sutton Ann Kratzer.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jasper Newton and Eunice Myrtie Barber; husband, William H. Hayes, Sr.; daughter, Pamela Carol Hayes Mayhall; and sisters, Opal Grace McAfee, Mary Hazel Ray, Gladys Louise Sanders and Elizabeth Floy Smith; and brother, Talmadge Newton Barber.
