Mrs. Bobbie Jean Hammons Carter age 86, of Bridgeport, Alabama, was called home to be with the Lord, Wednesday August 11, 2021.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home, Bridgeport, Alabama. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Brian Guess officiating. Interment will be at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens, Hollywood, Alabama.
She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church of Bridgeport, Alabama.
She is survived by her son, Darron (Zella) Carter; grandsons, Daniel (Jessica) Carter, Phillip Carter, great granddaughter Presley Guess; several brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Jesse Clyde Carter; Parents, Clyde and Inez Hammons; Sister, Elizabeth (Ruben) Shields.
