Bobby Leon “Mule” Pounders, age 88, Bear Creek, AL. passed away Monday August 9, 2021. He was a 1951 graduate of Phillips High School, where excelled in sports. Played football at the University of Alabama, member of the Marion County All Stars. Bobby was retired from the Manufacturer Housing Industry, Crimson Homes and Southern Decor.
Family and Friends will gather at Winston Memorial Cemetery in Haleyville, AL. for a Graveside Service on Saturday August 14, 2021 at 11:00AM.
Bobby is survived by a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Irene Bingham Pounders; brother, James Pounders.
