Mrs. Wood passed away Saturday, July 31st, 2021 at her residence. She was born August 22, 1923 to L.L. & Josephine Clara Thompson. She was a life long member of Faith Baptist Church. She loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Erskine Patrick Wood; son-in-law, Clifford Ray Thornton; grandson, Chris Harper; brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Pat Thornton, Sharron (Robert) Harper, Susan (Bobby) Aldridge, Donna Wood; grandchildren, Autumn (Chad) Patterson, Jerrid (Shanna) Thornton, Steve Harper, Cindy (Thomas) Humphries, Ben Aldridge; great-grandchildren, J.C. Patterson, Max Patterson, Caleb Thornton, Chloe Harper, Mary Emma Harper, June & Georgia Humphries; family and friends.
