Dennis O’Neil Milligan, 59 of Selmer, TN, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, TN. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Mr. Milligan was born November 6, 1961 in Alcorn County, MS to Leonard O’Neal Milligan and Janie Mae Hollins Milligan. He was a construction worker and an avid outdoorsman. Dennis is survived by his wife, Vickie Milligan of Michie, TN; his son Timothy Mitchell of Michie, TN; his daughter, Chanda Myers of Eastview, TN; 5 grandchildren, Ryan Jacob Mitchell, Hunter Mitchell, Hayleigh Davis, Raya Martin and Amalia Myers; his sister, Loretta Mask; his niece, Felicia Russom of Selmer, TN; great niece and nephew, Allison Russom and Tyler Russom; several other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father O’Neil Milligan; his mother Janie Mae Hollins Milligan Gurley and his brother, Timothy B. Milligan.
