FLORENCE-Update on the machete assault that took place earlier today:
Kyle Seeley has been arrested and charged with six counts of attempted murder. Seeley was arrested after being barricaded in an out building behind the residence on County Road 57 where the assault took place.
According to officials with the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office the count of six attempted murder charges are for the four victims who were injured in the attack as well as Seeley’s mother and father who were also in the residence at the time of the attack.
